Every Pattern Clarity Review begins with a History & Pattern Intake Call, where we discuss your symptoms, health history, medications, supplements, lifestyle factors, and goals. This helps provide important context before laboratory patterns are reviewed.
Your laboratory findings are then analyzed from a bioenergetic perspective to identify meaningful patterns and connections across multiple systems, including thyroid function, iron metabolism, stress physiology, glucose regulation, hormone balance, and nutrient status.
Depending on the option selected, you will receive either:
• A Written Pattern Clarity Report (Written Review)
or
• A Personalized Video Walkthrough explaining your results in greater depth (Comprehensive Review)
The goal is to provide a clear, organized understanding of the broader metabolic picture reflected in your symptoms, history, and laboratory findings.
Labs ordered through the Nurse Nutritionista Lab Shop are recommended to ensure all necessary markers are included.
Outside labs may also be used if they contain the required panels for interpretation.
If important markers are missing, additional testing may be recommended before a full pattern review can be completed.
The Pattern Clarity Review focuses on foundational metabolic blood panels, rather than specialized functional or genetic testing.

After your analysis is complete, you will receive your selected review format.
