My journey into the world of wellness began as a certified aerobic instructor and personal trainer, where I saw firsthand the transformative power of movement and fitness on overall well-being.


This passion for helping others naturally led me to expand my education and pursue a career in healthcare.


With over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse, I have worked in diverse settings, including adult cardiac care, intensive care units, and neonatal intensive care. My extensive background has provided me with a deep understanding of conventional healthcare practices.


However, my personal health experiences led me to explore a more holistic, individualized approach to wellness.


Navigating my own health challenges, I sought solutions beyond conventional medicine and discovered the profound impact of nutrition, metabolic health, and alternative wellness strategies.


Through extensive research and a commitment to evidence-based natural health approaches, I restored my own well-being. This experience fueled my passion for educating and empowering others to take charge of their health.


Today, I provide educational resources, wellness recommendations, and holistic strategies designed to support individuals in optimizing their energy, metabolism, and overall vitality.
