The Nurse Nutritionista brings over 25 years of dedicated nursing experience to her practice, blending clinical expertise with holistic approaches to wellness. Since earning her certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2015, she has pursued advanced studies in Naturopathy, Digitized Homeopatic Medicine, Frequency Medicine, Bach Flower remedies, and the Bioenergetic Dr. Ray Peat approach. Her unique focus lies in balancing hormones with bioidentical solutions and supporting optimal thyroid health, empowering clients to achieve vitality and balance through a science-based and personalized approach.
Will Nutritional Therapy or Health Coaching work with my existing medical treatments?
Yes! I work to complement your existing medical treatments, not replace them. We’ll communicate openly to ensure that any nutritional recommendations align with your doctor’s guidance, and I’ll always encourage you to consult your healthcare provider before making changes that might affect your health.
